NBC Sports Bay Area’s Alex Pavlovic reports that the San Francisco Giants reached out to Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors in an effort to help them in their pursuit of Aaron Judge.
According to Pavlovic, “the Giants included putting Judge in contact with Steph Curry’s camp as part of their pitch, hoping the two superstars might interact while Judge evaluates his choice.”
Aaron Judge

The reports of Judge’s two days of meetings with Giants brass in San Francisco seem credible.
Earlier this week, the Giants might potentially table a formal contract offer, as reported by Jon Morosi of MLB Network:
Judge, who hit an American League record 62 home runs in 2022, is by far the finest free agent currently available.
Four-time All-Star has a narrow pool of potential suitors due to his expected demands, but this does nothing to reduce his power. It’s likely that the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers will renew their rivalry.
Even if Curry’s participation won’t influence Judge’s final choice, any club hoping to sign the AL MVP should try all of their best options.
In 2016, when the Boston Celtics went all out to sign superstar forward Kevin Durant, they brought Tom Brady along for the meeting.

As a native of Linden and graduate of Fresno State, Judge (30) has extensive knowledge of the Northern California area.

Without a doubt, Curry knows more than anybody else what it’s like to be a sports superstar in the Bay Area. He would know what Judge would encounter if he returned to the West Coast from wherever he is now.
